InsiderPing is a Chrome extension that notifies you when a company insider files an open-market stock purchase (SEC Form 4) for a ticker on your watchlist. This policy explains exactly what the extension does and does not do with data.
No personal data. InsiderPing does not collect, transmit, or sell your name, email, browsing history, or any personally identifiable information.
storage API. They never leave your device except as a normal part
of your own Chrome profile sync, if you have that enabled.sec.gov, data.sec.gov) — the extension reads
public filing data to check for new Form 4 purchases. These are public U.S. government
endpoints; no information about you is sent beyond a standard web request.extensionpay.com) — used only to verify whether you have
a paid (Pro) license. Payment is processed by ExtensionPay and Stripe; InsiderPing never
sees or stores your card details.We do not use analytics or trackers, do not run remote code, do not read the content of the web pages you visit, and do not share or sell any data.
Removing the extension deletes all locally stored data. You can also clear your watchlist and alert history at any time from the extension.
